The hydroelectric power station connects the Safien Valley and neighbouring valleys to form a huge hydraulic machine. Pipes run beneath our feet and satellites orbit above our heads. Sandro Steudler examines the landscape of the Safien Valley and combines the different media results with existing works to create an overview of his project ‘Crystals for the Anthropocene’.
