The Kunst Garage Versam is a former parking garage that has been converted into a exhibition space at the entrance to the Safien valley. The room is part of a residential and studio building built in 1838, which is inhabited by the Art Collective Versam. The aim of the Art Collective Versam is to exchange ideas with local and external artists, to live and work with them and to be inspired by the place. In this house studio spaces and accommodation are offered. Artists have the opportunity to use the workspaces of the house for their artistic work. At the end of their stay the Kunst Garage Versam will be used to present their work created in the Safien valley. As the gateway to the Safien valley the Art Collective Versam wants to make the impressions of the cultural landscape of the valley visible and convey it to the outside world.
